Default sign of bad ball joint

I just wanna know so I dont buy parts that I dnt need.
Are this thing that can be a bad ball joint
- I have a squeak coming from the front. When going over bumps
- when I let go off the steering wheel while driving it trun a little to the right
- I hear a knocking sound when I turn my steering wheel all the way to the right or left. Mostly happens when I'm making a u turn.

I tried to tested it by lifting the car up n tried to feel any play but I didn't.

I just want that dam squeaking sound to go away. I'm 80% sure its my upper ball joint. I already replace sway bar endlinks. Lubricated sway bar bushing. Lubricated my tie rod and other stuff that i dont know the name. Mostly everything. And still squeaking. Then Monday I sprayed the lower control arm and lower ball joints. And the squeak was still there so I just gaved up and sprayed upper ball joint. Next day the squeaking sound stopped. But today it rained n the sound is back.

Get the car up on jack stands and pull and push on the wheels at the 6 o'clock and 12 o'clock positions. If you have any play you have a bad ball joint.

Could possibly be bad sway bar bushings and end links. Check for that.

The problem with trying to diagnose noise issues is that you can't describe the sound well enough in text on a computer. Thats the #1 issue is where is this sound coming from and what does it sound like. My advice...KNOW you don't know where it's coming from...accept that... and know you kinda know what it sounds like. Take that approach and apply it, get all inspector on that sh*t. Be one with the car and be like "OK....what the hell" Fixing the issue is going to come from the right mindset and I hear most people in a situation that's good, they're not giving up but they're still partially at the whim of the car. Think of dealing with kids and having some sort of problem and imagine the car is a kid, then think of the typical "aw, the kid has an issue", thats the situation your car has you in, the car has you.
