hahaha S.B. Is a SUNY College on Long Island, NY in Suffolk County. Its about 40 miles from my house. I guess on that campus there are lots of ricers?? Its a good school for science and medicine.

Ive put a few of those on some cars in Va... the fun part is sitting 100 ft away and watching the reaction. I have to make a little mpg of rice reactions.

Damn...I should print some of those out and start putting them on cars at my campus...lol. What are you supposed to do if while you are putting it on someones car they come out and catch you?? Tell them their car is rice?? Thats pretty dick..lol.

Don't get caught. We do this about 2 weekends a month for fun. You find the car you want to ticket, write the ticket up, the passenger tags the car and you leave.. Circle around, find a not-too-close hiding spot and watch the fireworks.
One girl we nailed with this obnoxious pink/white Civic actually started crying.. We could hear her whining to her friend about how she couldn't afford a ticket and her insurance was going to skyrocket... LOL
