Default 1997 Civic DX dash lights/exterior light question.

Hey, I know this has been asked but am still unsure how to fix it. My dash lights (speedo, temp, etc.) are out, and the fuse has been replaced. I'm assuming that means it's the dimmer switch. How would I go about fixing that?

Also, ever since the lights blew out, the noise that alerts me to turn off my lights if I remove my keys doesn't go off. Any ideas? Thanks.

97 Civic DX Hatch, bone stock.

You have a fuse blown. One of the underhood ones.

iight i have a question too. My wipers dont work anymore. but the washer fluid still works...i've changed every fuse possible. i dont think the wiper motor went bad, but i could be wrong. does anyone have a solution or an idea as to wats wrong?

the wipers worked before, like a few months ago. but after a long time without an engine, they werent used. now i put a new motor in and the wipers refuse to work
