Default Hope some of youi guys can help
My buddy and I just swapped a Type R engine in his 95 DC2 and relays and fuel pump only turn on if you turn the wheel to the right and is high revving and wont pass 4K any help would be great thanks.

flux capacitor is clogged, you need a new flux filter
