Coolant has been disapeering for a while
Got head gasket replaced thinking that was it
Car needs new coolant in reserve about every 3-4 days
Can hear pressure escaping my car when i turn it off (sounds like one of those things you boil water in but not as high pitched)
I can open my radiator cap while car is all warmed up and on and there is not enough pressure to make water shoot everywhere.

Any ideas what this may be

That's a fast way to not get an answer. Take it back to the shop that did the head gasket, ask them to look at it.

 

dont flood the page like that, its not going to get anyone to answer quicker by any means.

You probably have a hairline crack somewhere on your radiator. Jack it up, and see if anything drips.

Or, maybe your hoses arent put on the right way or simply they also have cracks on them causing them to leak.

 

Third that that's not the answer to getting a solution. Go get a pressure checker. Use the pressure checker to see where the leak is coming from.

 

Buy or rent a pressure tester. Test the system and your cap. Is water going into the overflow tank? Any white smoke out of the tail?
