Icon2 tricky window problems

my passenger can roll her window down but not up. inorder for it to go up the driver has to roll it up for them. i have a test light and i saw that on the drivers side that when i push down on switch the passengers side window a couple wires get power to them lighting up my test light and making the window go down. those same wires light up when i roll the window up. when i go to the passengers side i get one constant power, one never powered (ground im guessing), and three that light up when i push down on the switch (which rolls down the window) but when i push up no wires besides the constant lights up. (not allowing the window to go up obviously since it isnt getting power)any thoughts?
