Default civic starting problem

Sorry if its in wrong section.... Okay so i have a 99 ek hatch gsr swapped and all of a sudden it stopped starting on me when i turn the key all i get is 1 click and nothing happens i tried bangin on the starter and nothing happens so i took the starter out and jumped the wires and it works perfect but when its on the car it doesnt? do u guys think my battery isnt pushing out enough juice to crank it? i been pop starting it the last 2 days cus it wont start on its own but a week before the problem my alternator belt started squeaking so maybe it got loose and drained the battery just enough to get it under 12 volts wat u guys think?

Yep, charge/replace the battery and fix the alternator or tighten the belt.
