97 accord speed

well im having trouble with my speed thingy, like it wouldnt tell me my mph i'm going, the needle will just stay at 0 when i'm driving. anybody can help me?

Could be the vehicle speed sensor or the gauge cluster.

Does cruise control still work?

idk about cruise control never really used it.
