Bearing messurment HELP !!!'
Hi guys i just messurd my STD Acl main bearing with a plastic gage but out of a 5 theres one that is slitly smaller and its the one in the midle can that do somthing is slitly off its a d16zc block if that can help

There about a half dozen things d16zc could mean so here are d16y8 specs which one would presume is similar..
Tighten the main bearing cap bolts in sequence in two steps:
First Step 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)
Second Step 51 Nm (38 ft. lbs.)
DIMENSIONS
Oil Clearance:
Standard (New):
No. 1, 5 Journals 0.018-0.036 mm (0.007-0.0014 inch)
No. 2, 3, 4 Journals 0.024-0.042 mm (0.0009-0.0017 inch)
Service Limit 0.05 mm (0.002 inch)
They definitely all appear to be on the tighter side, the one you have is right at the limit
