Icon2 Spring rates front to rear

I have an 89 EF set up for track racing. Most of the parts were used from old race cars. The spring/shock combo's that I have are Bilstein non adjust with dull red (can't read namebrand ) 700-225-450 spring in the front. The rear set-up is Bilstein ( same name spring) but 700-225-600. Has a stock front sway bar and a 24mm ASR bar in the rear. This seems backwards to me as the car is 64% front heavy. Don't have much experience racing front drive cars so don't know. Anyone have experience with this set-up or advice?
Thanks!
