Default Unfortunate new toy

Whats up RR forum!!! It's been a few months but I'm back. There was a flood in Binghamton NY where I'm from and my apartment flooded. I was able to save most of my things but had to move back in with the rents. I did loose my daily driver in the flood. So I was driving to work in my integra and some one pulled out in front of me. The car was a total loss and I broke bothe legs and arms. The car was well prepared for my needs and was getting better and it was sad to see it go. Now I'm back walking and driving I got an ep3 to be my new daily. Ill take it to the track this summer just for some fun. Im planning on tires brake pads and fluid changes and that's about it as far as mods. It does not look as capable as the integra was so it will not be my new track car. I don't want too mod it much more but if anyone has anything to say about tracking an ep3 key mods to make or anything let me know. I don't want to get into the suspension too much. To me it looks like it wouldn't be cost effective and takes some work very different than the gsr. Thanks guys good to be back. Btw have been searching

Glad you're okay, and sorry for the loss. Even more sorry you have to drive the minivan around!

-zing-

In all honesty though they're not bad - friend and I had good epic duels between his and mine at the track. They need front camber but if it's your DD 99.9% of the time.. just keep it as is with brake improvements and maybe a rear swaybar... Intake for mad vtak sounds? Like my Mazda I just bought an intake and cobb accessport and I'm set...

Haha. Didn't even get off the first page before the minivan jokes started haha. I don't know how but I did make it through my accident ok. To get camber in the front should I just lower it a bit and don't plan on correcting the problem. From what I've found out ep's are kinda pain to lower correctly. I also have heard of the steering binding if it is lowered too much. I had so much in the suspension of integra it makes the whole stock ep look like junk. I don't really want an intake just for sound too. I was also planning on doing a skip barber school at lime rock. Any one know anything about that

Honestly I like EPs. SHG_Easy E on here has a very clean one and it looks fantastic. Maybe you should look him up? He's done a lot of work on his including suspension. He's got a build thread in the appearance forums.

I got a track day there. Beautiful place. Btw I called today and they are still at lime rock. For a day it's 1800$. Would it be worth it or should I just go to a lot of track days and learn as much as I can from instructors. I don't think I can do both financially.

That is a very high price for a driving school at entry level. You may benefit more from a less expensive school and possibly take advantage of this if you start road racing. I did a mid-ohio school 1day and with their cars the prices were at least half of that.
