Icon3 '91 Accord: Starting Issues

Whats up guys I just signed up here cuz im having some issues with my Honda. Im going to tell you guys what all Ive done to my Honda just prior to having this problem so just sit tight. Its got the stock F22a1, just removed the cruise control and a secondary idle control (Im not sure exactly what its called but it is only on the USDM version and not on the JDM so I removed it). Anyway, I just had the head resurfaced and replaced all the gaskets from the head up. After multiple checks and rechecks I put it back together and it was running fine up until a couple weeks ago. My car would be weak when starting up but if i left it overnight or for a few hours it would start up fine. I had my battery and alternator checked and they came out fine. A buddy of mine said to check the ignition coil and it had burn marks on it so I just replaced it. It started to run fine after that but just yesterday the same problems came up. Has anybody else had this problem with theirs and howd you fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated because its my only ride right now. Sorry for the long post too Just trying to get my Honda going smooooooth
