2000 civic ex p0137 / p0138

2000 civic ex p0137 / p0138
the car is a 2000 honda civic ex with the d16y8. it has a cat back exhaust and a short ram intake. the things that i have done to try to fix the codes #1 replaced the secondary oxygen sensor. #2 re run wires wires from the ecu to the oxygen sensor. there was a evap code for some valve stuck open but that has been fixed i dont know if it is related to the p0137 or p0138. if there are any more things i should check let me know or if u have any advice on this .... thanks in advance
