1.2.3engine
I'm checking out all of my options while planing this engine swap. Checking out websites looking for general feedback from people who've bought from them. I decided to check out eBay to see what was there and I found this seller,
http://myworld.ebay.com/1.2.3engine/...id=p4340.l2559
Has anyone ever dealt with them? According to their description they take these engines then re-man them so they are essentially running from 0 miles. They have a 100% positive feedback, but I don't know how accurate that is.
Every other website I've been to the major issue I've seen is that those companies get the engines shipped from japan, they sit for who knows how long then sell them and that's where most of the problems people have are.

HMO is great! It's a shame they didn't have what I wanted in stock last week. I had to scour the internet for another reputable dealer.
I went with www.jdmsource.ca out of Canada. Shouaib is a great guy, tell him Adam sent you

QSD is the only one to go with. You can use b-series mounts, don't have to worry about shifting issues like the Evolution kit has, can pick your own flywheel, etc.
The QSD effectively makes the H22 swap a b-series minus the wiring and frame-rail massaging require for clearance.

I didn't even know you could keep your AC til I saw that in your build today, my jaw dropped because that was the downside to me doing an h swap.
Can you keep ps, ac and all that good stuff?

The only way to retain PS is to get an electric PS pump off of an MR2 or from an Accord Sport wagon and wire it up as an accessory and route lines to it. For now I'm just going to loop mine, I'll eventually wire up an electric pump, which you can mount on the firewall.
Frame-rail clearance is a big deal, and there ain't much of it. Fortunately the h23/h22 uses a serpentine A/C and alternator setup, so with the smaller d-series compressor it's very doable in a 96-00 Chassis.

So you keep your ac with that bracket and a d series ac compressor?
that's dope.
I don't think I would go all out like you did (itr tranny and gearing etc)
but how was the condition of your motor from that company?

Yeah, I've already saved enough to get the swap done, now I'm tempted to take advantage of this 0% for 18mos credit card and go the extra mile on some of the steps. The $2,000 transmission sounds amazing frankly. Fully built, new, carbon synchros, LS 5th installed, upgraded Mfactory LSD,
thread jacked ftw
yeah i would definitely like to know how clean the motor is, that company has decent prices so.
this is how credit card companies get you, they wave this awesome deal in front of you with a sexy transmission and its almost like you have no choice

http://www.innovativemounts.com/Prod...ductCode=50080And PS is pretty questionable I think. Frame-rail clearance makes it impossible in a 5th gen without cutting the frame-rail, and I'm not sure about a 6th gen. I'm not so worried about PS to be honest, like I said I'll eventually do an electric setup. The upside is less drag on the motor supposedly.
