1. I have 1 bad spark plug wire that is sticking out. N its stuck I dnt want to put it harder cuz it might break. But I change all my wire less then a year ago should I leave it or change it soon.
2. I had a leak but changed it. now there is a little oil on the belt. Will this do something?

your description is very vague sir. if you have 1 bad spark plug wire. then i suggest you replace that spark plug wire asap

 

Where is the leak and what belt is it on?

automotive belts and oil don't mix to well, fix the oil leak so you wont have to change out your belts so offten.

 

the leave was the power steering hoses. then the leak when to the power steering pump then got onto the timing belt. when my engine is cold i hear a loud sound like coming from the belt but then it warms up it low. idc about the sound but should like a quite ride.
