Default JDM D15B Throttle Cable Question...

Sup guys, I have a 98 sedan with a jdm d15b vtec motor and my throttle cable went bad. I did lots of research on which throttle cables are the same as the jdm d15b motors but I couldn't really come to a conclusion.

I bought a D15b2 throttle cable and I thought it would fit nicely, but when I received it, the end of the cable that goes towards the accelerator pedal did not have the same round clip that locks into the firewall.

I can easily go to the junkyard and find one but I need to know the specific motor to get it from.

Should be the same as a D16Y8 cable. Remember that the automatic and manual cables are different btw at the pedal end.
