Default Rough Idle after Alarm install with Remote start

My cars rpms bounce back and forth about 500rpm starting at around 2300 rpm and progressively dropping down to 900 rpm. Its kinda watching a ball bounce by itself after dropping it but over course of several minutes.
When I drive and then put it in neutral or step on the clutch, the rpm needle still bounces several times before stabilizing at 900.
I have already reset the ECM, but that only calm the bouncing a little.
Here is the weird part, when my car is started, I hear a faint noise kinda like an Air Conditioning vent or a leakign air hose. The noise goes away when i step on the gas hard. Is this normal for remote starts?
The alarm is an avital 3300 same as the clifford RS2.
Thanks for the help

check to make sure that hissing noise isnt a loose or disconnected vaccum hose. that will affect your idle like you stated. goodluck

Check to see that you didn't pinch a hose if you ran your wires under the hood through a shared grommet.

sounds messed, check your tach input signal wire to make sure you didn't mess it up when installing the input to the alarm (you prob installed it to the blue wire at distributor or cruise control box)

I didn't do the install, but Im pretty sure they ran the remote start to my Cruise control because I don't have cruise control anymore. How do I fix this? Is There other way to rewire it?

they probably bypassed your clutch bypass which inturn usually disables your cruise.

There should be two switches on your clutch pedal. Sounds like they bypassed the cruise control switch instead of the clutch bypass. Take it back.
