This dick head sniper guy is getting closer to my house He just shot some random guy in Manassas VA tonight.

 

Wasn't related, just cuz some guy got shot doesnt mean it was THE sniper.

 

yeah i was eating at unos right near the shooting, its pretty scary. i have a feeling its related, since it was only one shot.

 

they found the shooting in Falls Church tonight was unrelated, the one in Manassas is still pending.

shooting is weak, if i was stupid enough to try some baller move like that, i'd go with pipe bombs with remote detonators.

 

People get shot in DC al the time. I don't see what the big deal is.

 

oh and actually i just found out he got shot with a shotgun, so i now doubt it is related since it wasn't a sniper weapon...btw the guy is dead.

 

because we are on edge due to some guy picking off random people from long range in the area. since you dont have a random sniper picking off people around you, i suppose its not so easy to understand

The media is partially guilty for alot of the illegal activity that occur. Serial killers are getting their own 1 hour documentary and some even get movies made based on their lives.

Absolutely - especially Manassas VA. Why, there were 847 men shot and killed, and another 2,706 wounded, in Manassas on a single day (July 21, 1861). And a whole lot more than that were shot in a couple of days the following year (August 29-30, 1862). Sounds like a good town to stay away from.

I think I saw that the sniper shot the kid at the school from about 150 yards so that isn't really that long of a range....My question is how the hell did no one look around and see this ******* if he/she was 150 yards away?......when they catch him/her they should just shoot him/her on the spot.

Its not a joke, and it is causing people to be on edge. How many of those tons of people shot in DC are just randomly picked off? Or are they gang members, drug dealers, robbers, rapists, etc, people who do something or run with the wrong people which causes them to get shot. How many people get picked off by a sniper sitting 500yds away, for no apparent reason whatsoever?

Not many, which is why this is such a big deal. In most shootings, you would have to do SOMETHING to put yourself in the position to be shot. Not this one, it could be anyone walking their dog, washing their car, buying groceries. Its horrible, especially to those of us whose families are RIGHT in the middle of that ****.

From the news at 6:AM they have YET to say if the Manasses shooting is related or not! The press confrence will be at 9:AM (about 30 mins from now) to give more details on the situation. Untill then there are NO official reports that I'm aware of.

And could someone please tell me more about the Falls Church shooting?!?!?!?!?

The one in Manassas is the only one that might be linked from the two shootings last night.
I'm going to have to agree with newgsrdriver on this one...no joking about this. It could be anyone, anywhere, at anytime in the DC area.

This killer(or killers, we dont know for sure) obviously doesnt give a ****. He doesnt care that people are gunning for him as well. If it came down to it, Im sure he would just kill him/herself before anyone else could or before he got caught an had to face sentencing. I used to live in PG county and am very familiar with the area. I know a lot of people down there that are on the lookout, but they dont know what to look for.

 

We can only hope.
