Hey guys.
I'm lookin at a precision 6069 with 58 a/r hot side and 60 a/r coldside to run on a 1.8l gsr with ls crank and 10.5 compression pistons with a mini ram horn manifold and the stock gsr intake manifold, id1000's, full 3" dowpipe and exhaust. Any one has one that can tell at what rpm do you start building up boost and what power at what psi you made.
Thanks

Can you guys explain?
I am trading some parts for a full turbo kit that is on my friends integra since he is going n/a.
It comes with everything. intercoller piping, intercoller, miniram mani, tial waste gate, 3" down pipe and full 3" exhaust, all the lines, return line, hondata 2.5 bar. I already have aem ems and RDX 410 CC injectors on my car. Just looking for a daily turbo car on 91 octane on a b18c1 engine with usdm itr pistons and stock gsr cams and IM for now but if needed/ I have id1000cc to go e85.
Thanks

With the P73 pistons and LS crank your compression ratio is gonna be terrible for boost, especially with a turbine too big in the first place. And you will need to run more than 91 octane broseph you are going to need to run the 1000cc's anyway even if you don't run E85 because the 410cc's are way to small. Sounds like you need to do a lot more research before you try to tackle a turboing an engine.

What's a waste gauge? lol

For now its just a b18c1 with usdm itr 81mm pistons. Later i want to put a ls crank and some forged pistons with crover i-beam rods that i already have laying around collecting dust with the ls crank to give me 10.5CR. I have id1000cc's laying around if needed. I am not looking for hight horsepower. Just something at 5psi or so to beat around town. Will have it tunned on aem ems by a very reputable tuner in town.
Your compression ratio will probably be higher than that, because I believe P73 pistons in a GSR stock is at 11+:1.
I would sell the I beams, and use that money to get H-beams and some other goodies with the leftover money, H-beams are more than sufficiant,

Why would i sell a quality I beam rod and settle for a H beam rod? I got a b20z4 block that came with a ls crank that was knife edged, oil holes chamfered and crower i beam rods for cheaper then you can buy a new set of eagle h beam rods.
Because, there is no need for I beams, H-beams are MORE than ENOUGH, and with the money you would get from the I-beams you could buy H-beams and supertech valvesprings or something.
Since you got the I-beams for cheap, you can make a good profit off of them.

Find something smaller, and go from there. Stay T3. If you have the excuse of using a T4 manifold, either wack that flange off, or find an adapter.
