The harness was from a four door? From what year?

Have you checked for blown fuses?

Do fuses 55 and 17 have battery voltage on both top test tabs with the key in ON(II)?

Might be your wiring. How did you fix the other issues?

Now check whether the blower relay in the hood fuse box gets voltage from both of those fuses.

all the other issues were burnt fuses, is the floor harness tied into heater controls? i unplugged the plugs from the floor harness the main body and the 2 that go into the fuse panel and i got the same thing. i also tried plugging in the old harness and i got the same thing.

everything else works just not the fan.

the fan relay has power on the 2 front terminals

to make things clearer,

Problem, swapped out a 2000 floor harness for power door conversion now Heater motor and rear window defrost not working.

systems: ac, rear window defrost and recirculating lights on dash flash and ac relay clicks fan does not work

Stuff i have tried: put original wiring back in no change. fan works when powered to 12 volt directly. i tried changing out fan controls on dash. 7.5 fuses for r.def. and fan are good 40 amp fuse under hood is good. i tried switching out relays in the under hood fuse panel. i have power at all fuses/relays. both cars are 2000's

i am stomped so any advise on where to go would be greatly appreciated

With the key in ON(II), does voltage reach the blower motor plug? If not, test the relay.

Damn i am stumped on this one. i finally got my hands on a hyness manual, and everything checks out the only thing i can see is that the control module (heater fan switch) does not have a ground does anyone have ground schematic? another thing also is that the fan has battery voltage but when i ground out the other prong i get nothing according to the manual this means bad fan but when i hook it directly to the battery and ground it works fine. at the moment i have it wired to the ignition and ground so at least i can drive it
