your question is like the following question: Will a turbo blow up my motor?

The stretch bolt gauge is available commercially at any specialise tool store. I had to get mine ordered in and it is $$$.

Also I do not know what you intend to do with the car but just in case a 13:1 CR for a daily driven car using pump gas will require some very accurate tuning.

That's a pretty dumb statement.

I'm sorry but that high of compression will not be able to run on pump gas.

I have a friend who runs 12.7-8 on the street with no problems alltho he has a AEM EMS...

I thinks it all up to the tuning and the setup- so 13.0-13.5 might be a possiblity
