Icon3 Need help with front and rear disk brake conversion

I have a '94 Civic Hatchback that has the tiny front brakes and the rear dumbs. I just got the front and rear brakes, including the e-brake, off an Integra. This is what I got:
I have never done anything like this before and I know that I need to run brake lines to the rear. Can anyone give me some advice when doing a job like this? Maybe parts I will need or problems will run into? I will appreciate any help. Thanks
