which engine oil is good for my 2006 s2k?

You guys realize the first number represents its viscosity at cold temps and the second number at normal engine temps?
So, you can run 5w30 for summer or winter... Doesn't matter. If you're in a cold climate (ie where it freezes)... Use 0w30.
I track mine so I run 10w40 (synthetic) cause I don't need the cold temp viscosity. If I lived in the Dakotas, 0w30. I'd run 0w40 if it was easier to find.
I do love the misinformation... 0w30 only full synthetic haha!

leftover cooking oil after frying chicken. make sure you filter it first though. The nutrient deposits from the chicken is an EXCELLENT source of zinc to cling to the bearings for maximum wear protection.
10w30 is good but I would stay away from mobil1. A lot of people have associated the tct problems and noise with mobil1.
Amsoil is by far the best, and even though it's a bit pricey, it's very recommended. I use their 10w40 high zinc formula and it's amazing.
