everytime i adjust my windshield wiper fluid jets a couple days later they will adjust out of whack and one side will work more than other its starting to get annoying

is there anything i can do so they dont adjust themselves

 

I cleared them with a needle and compressed air.

 

i keep doing that i adjust them with a needle and i take the compressor and spray them out but they keep readjusting themselves

 

Maybe there's silt in the reservoir and it's clogging the small holes.

 

Are the little jets moving on their own? Maybe they're just wore out? Go to a junkyard, get another set, they shouldn't charge you more than a couple bucks. My local one didn't charge me anything for my Fit nozzles.

 

Is it the adjustment or the position of the jet.? Sometimes when you open the hood the hose might not have enough slack and they move.

 

it might be that a while back i had the hose that goes into the sprayers get pinched under the hood so i took it off the gray clip that holds it ill try to adjust that tomorrow

 

Put in some Fit nozels, plus you'll gain a fan type spray.

 

if i can find a wrecked fit at the junkyard i will but im selling the car so it doesnt matter

 

ohh. Then leave it alone.


Get them aimed "good" and leave it.
