swapping seat rails

I just bought some gsr seats but rails don't line up.. how do you swap seat rails?

It is very easy. I had to bend the leg on the front right passenger seat mount of my civic rails to fit. otherwise they just bolt up to the gsr seats

Swap the inside rail of your stock seats onto the new seats. It's a peice of cake.

Oh, and there is no such thing as a EK coupe.
