need help choosing intake manifold and header for my set-up

need help choosing an intake manifold and heafers for my build i wanna bulid an all motor DD
what header and intake combo would go good with my set-up if you hondatech members can help me out please!!!

B20B block 84.5x89
84.5 rs machine pistons with eagle rods

itr water and oil pump

b16a p&p head
skunk 2 pro 2 cams with AEM cam gears
buddyclub valve-train
ferrea 5000 valves both intake and exhaust
rc 310's

ys1 gsr tranny
exedy stage 1 clutch

wanna make over 200whp

What are you planning on reving to? I'm partial to P30 for up to around 7K and P73 up to 8.5K or so.

What is your compression and rev limit/where do you want the powerband to be? Not enough information...

revlimit 9k compression around 11.8:1 it's gonna be a daily driver

yeah i know! need to get rid of the valve-train. what other valvetrain would you recommend besides skunk, because there prices are too high! lol

I have Brian Crower in my guy. Never had a problem and have about 15k on it.

I have my type r p73 intake mani that is already gasket matched for sale. It still has all the sensors on it and the throttle body. If you interested in that hit me up. I have pics on my phone I can text ya.

i know king motorsports ran a smsp header on their 263hp and and 171tq b20vtec, seems like it's up there with the toda header. also i know your pretty much an expert on Honda's on the back or the block should i get a breather kit or can i just block it off!

I am far from an expert haha but you will need to vent the motor somehow. Allot of people fail to do so correctly, there are plenty of write ups about how to properly install a catch can.

Had super tech VT in my set up. Same exact set up as yours just had a gsr head big tube replica headers and performer x manifold. Made 224whp. Don't get a victor x.
