oh so only at idle... and it runs OK other times? may be a vacuum leak, or your IACV is acting up, or a ground wire, or etc...
post a youtube vid if you can, because it's like pulling teeth to get more information out of your situation...
you know how to access the blue plug by the glovebox to get the trouble codes, right?

Looks easy enough I'll try it out tomorrow...
Where can I find the info on the codes?

agree that vids are more helpful since we don't have to guess at stuff like this
it looks like its trembling from being cold (like if it was a kid)
lol, reading this made me laugh.
I still shiver when its cold and I'm all grown up!!
Ok Danny there just seem to be too many ideas and not enough information here to get you on the right path.
Lets try and narrow it down a bit to figure this out.
First, do you, or have you recently (since the shaking started) had a CEL, or check engine light on?
Secondly, you said your car doesn't shake until the "choke" kicks off. The component you are referring to is actually called the Fast Idle Thermo Valve.
Its function is similar to a choke in that it will raise engine idle RPM until the engine warms up, therefore helping with cold starts.
Now to the actual question, when your FITV kicks off, what idle speed does your engine drop to?
What RPM is the engine spinning at when the shaking occurs.
The normal idle speed for your car is 650-750 RPM's.
A speed lower than this could cause a rougher than normal idle.
So, to recap, what is your idle speed off "choke", and do you have any CEL's on?

Clean out your throttle body would be a great idea. You can buy some cleaner at your local auto-parts store. Clean it out with a nice brush. Another GREAT idea would be to buy a vacuum gauge at this same auto parts store and check the vacuum on your engine.
Also check the Fast Idle Thermo Valve like previous posters have said.
