Default Car won't crank

Battery is at 12.6 volts, positive terminal to starter is also same volts. Whenever I try to start it I hear some buzzing noise from the dashboard. could it be ignition switch?

Sounds like your main relay.....I've heard they'll buzz if the ground doesnt have a good connection. It's the wire bolted to your thermostat housing...you cant miss it. Check to see if it's loose, broke, or if there's too much corosion around it. Hope that helps, get back to us if it doesnt work.

Make sure the 15A ecu fuse in the engine bay isn't blown.

I checked the ground on the thermostat and it looks good no corrosion. and my fuses are all good. Any other ideas?

Is your battery in good condition?
Is it 3 years or older?

Check battery ground, battery to chassis ground, chassis to tranny ground. and cylinder head to chassis ground.
Even if they look good, unbolt them all - including the thermostat ground - and clean them up for good measure.

Do you have 12V at the starter solenoid connector when the key is turned to start? How do you know your starter is good?
