Hi, Im looking at buying a 2000 Civic SI (my first forum-worthy Honda, Im coming from a 1999 M3 and my car before that was just a stocker DD 2001 Civic LX), and its in real nice condition, 1 owner and everything, but the seller mentioned that it has a CEL, from having a loose ground wire in the O2 sensor. Seeing as Id want to negotiate this off of the asking price, anyone know how much this would cost to fix? Would it be easier to buy a new O2 sensor and just replace the whole thing (excuse my ignorance if thats not how it works, I couldnt find much info on the subject)? Thanks
