i got a 92vx hb and i got a b16a2 from a 2000 SI , i used my vx harness
and i am using a vx o2 sensor , so what is the problem ,
i think the vx sensor is a 5 wire sensor , that should work right? or should use my 2k civic si o2 sensor?

Use the 4-wire 02 sensor..

Yet I am still throwing the 02 sensor code, time to find a multimeter!

the si sensor i think is a 2 wire sensor ....
people say to use a 4 wire one

you should use the SI wire harness. that way you need a 4 wire o2. Are you using the SI ECU or what? The ECU reads the O2. If you use the VX o2 with a different ECU. you will have CEL.

the motor is up and running already i just need to get the o2 fixed ,,
i am using the vx harness which worked fine , i am using a chipped p28 ecu
so should i get a ex o2 sensor so i wont get a cel?
