XADO 1 Stage Max Atomic Metal Cond. OPINIONS??
Hello HT I recently have been looking into a product call XADO 1 Stage Maximum Atomic Metal Conditioner. It's an engine oil additive/lubricant and revitalizant. It claims to restore engine compression drastically reduce engine component wear, decreases noise and vibration levels. Increased power and acceleration...and tons more it's only $55 USD.
If anybody has some sort of feedback it'd be greatly appreciated thanks guys!
Here's a link to the product..

i used the petrol engine treatment (http://www.xado.co.uk/engine_treatme..._additives.htm) (2 doses as stated) on a freshley built b18c6 (208.5 bhp) and found when rechecking the valve clearances that my cam lobes were worn as were the rocker pads, so my opinion is that its bullocks!!
Its junk. Its just like all the other additives. Its a clear liquid. Basically its made from oil.I found a product that does work. And guess what?... its not clear!!!
GREASED LIGHTNING.
It has PTFE in it. Commercially known as teflon.
On my civic it gave me 3 mpg. I was getting 36-37 then I got 39-40. I drove normally too (which is me trying to go as fast a possible to get up to highway speed).
And because of its 2 micron molecule size it works its way into cracks and imperfections, and it stays there. Which means you only use it every other oil change!!!!!

Its snake oil as well. A good toptier engine oil has better a better additive package with PPDs, FMs, VMs and Group V stock. No top tier oils use PTFE. Here is a little info regarding PTFE:

PTFE and all the other "miracle" additives that have popped up over the years are bogus products. These companies have been sued at one time or another for making false claims. Slick 50 comes to mind. Stay away from them.

They all make/made this similar claim. "Bonds to the metal in your engine producing a smooth surface, thus reducing friction"

PTFE or "Teflon" is the most slippery substance known to man. Therefore the engine runs with less effort and give you more fuel economy.
Its not bogus! I,m a real person! It worked for my 1991 Honda Civic with a D15b1 with headers, dpfi swap, catback, CAI. I drove my car 30 miles one way to work. And as stated it gave me about a 3mpg increased.
Others product claim to have PTFE but they are clear!!!! I will post up pictures of the product. Its very murky and white. Its basically 2 micron particles suspended in oil. And NO oil filter will be clogged my 2 micron particles.

Do what you want to your engine. I'm advising anyone to stay away from ALL of these additives. They may even work in the short term but there have never been any long terms tests done.
I used it in my civic for 3 years. I drove it hard, redlining the engine. I never had any problems. Except I got 39-40 mpg.
I am just stating my personal experience with this great product.
