Oil thru your headers i would say valve seals but that something you need to really look into.

Do a compression test,, then a wet comp. test, then a leak down test.

Just because they look good doesn't mean they are. Since the head is off, take it to a machine shoe for inspection of all parts, clean up, and a valve job.

A picture of your pistons would be nice.

How do you know oil is seeping into your header? Is it from the head? The valve cover that is leaking oil past your header? Or oil in your header?

Yea just because the seals look good doesn't mean anything. You can't tell they are leaking by looking at them.

Is the oil in the exhaust ports?

If oil is leaking from the header I bet the exhaust leak sounds good too :/

Black N1 pistons?? Never in my life heard of them. Google bring up anything?

Should have mentioned that in your first post. There's your problem...

I still don't get this. Oil can't travel through metal. The oil is either on the header, or under the header. BTW its HEADER. We only have one header. V6 and V8s or V anything have headers. You know, Plural. more than 1.

Headgaskets aren't milky. They are black, metallic and usually 2 or 3 layers. It was going out? Where was it going? to the store?

Picture of you N1 Pistons or I call bluff.

Just kidding dude. Seems like a poor hack job headgasket swap. Stretched head bolts can cause such a problem. New gasket and head bolts and you should be set.
