Default B18c-R/b16a2 head build. ???'s

So I purchased a jdm b18c bottom end with type r internal and spoon sports pistons. Has 900 miles on it. Its a fresh rebuilt bottom end that was broke in on dyno. Head has like 4k on fresh rebuild but still on b16a2 block. One question is does anyone know what compression ratio do these spoon pistons yeild? Second, below ill list my parts list but I'm still trying to figure out the cams to buy? Don't want it to turn into a war on sk2 are so awesome and blox are crap and my frends said they ran blox and they broke blah blah blah. Show proof and back up your statements please. My goal is 200+whp and for dyno idc what dyno its on any dyno I want it over 200.00 whp. Also this is going in a full interior ej1.

More than likely you're going to need to CC the pistons to get an accurate measurment to find the compression. Spoon doesn't just throw out their specs for anyone to see.
On a side note, upgrading cams will only do so much with having a B16 IM and TB on a 1.8. You have a bottle neck and your power is going to be low because of that.

Regards the IM and TB, Go with the tried and tested! Skunk2, Edelbrock or a ported Type R IM should work well!

Some guys will tell you most of the "Big Tube" headers are designed for 2.0 setups or big build 1.8s

Skunk2 Pro 1s. On average they seem to make the most power out of the type setup you are aiming for. As far as 200whp, that all depends on the dyno, they can literally be off by 10-15% which can be 20-30whp at that range.

your build is close to mine and Spoon is nothing but Honda made parts. Also B16 manifold will kill your TopEnd power, but it will give you more Torque, on the other hand a good header will make up the torque. That manifold is designed for smaller motor. Sk2/ITR is perfect. Your compression should be around 11.2- 11.4:1 depending on the head being milled. Don't expect over 200whp if you hit it cool, but hope for 190 - 198 range

if so i'm sure it's very hard, If I was you I would go bigger in cams like SK2,Toda,Jun etc. The only reason I"m not is because I'm racing in Honda Challenge everything has to be honda base stock. If you want 200whp don't sale yourself short go with high lift cams

Think of a motor as an air pump. The more air you get in and out efficiently the more power you make. The cams in determine where the power band will be.. It just depends what you are doing with the car. If its a daily driver I would say itr cams, but if you're going to spend time at 4k plus, sk2, crower, and a few other manufactures can help you out. An larger throttle body, intake manifold and a QUALITY header will do the motor justice. It jus depends on how deep your pockets are. Hope my 2 cents helped.
