You can sand them using a 2500 grid wet sand paper and then polish them with running compound. The scratches will go away and they will look good as new

ttt the lowest ill take is 130 ill try to clean up the scratches as much as i can, they're not even noticeable when installed in the car, these are kinda hard to come by took me months to get a set, just happened to find another one couple of weeks later..
