Got my head back from the shop. They called back saying they forgot to install this part. He said it goes in my head but couldn't explain where too well. Just that it is somewhere under the valve cover. I do not see a spot for it.

I think that gos on the back side of the head someplace by the vtec cylinoid. The shop.forgot to put mine in also and dident give mine back. When I started my motor, oil pumped out everyware. Kinda pissed me off lol.

 

Mine was a single cam so it may be diffrent on the gsr head.

 

I would say the just by the cylinder 4 intake port under the vtec port.... looks like a port plug with the color on maybe something to due with the coolant system so be sure it gets started.....the green is tarnish and only happens with water.... good luck

Winner! We found it last night. I made the machinist come over. Vtec side under the intake came.

 

had a customer car with vtec problems....ended up being that plug was out....vtec would open and immediatly close due to no oil psi at the rockers
