I have a 03 rsx and need to replace my headlights completely(water inside lens and restoring does not work) and the front bumper clips were broken off and it's currently hanging on.....if I get the 05 bumper, am I able to get those headlights as well??

 

If you rock an 05 bumper you NEED to use 05+ headlights....


So whats the real question?!
