Default Auto seatbelts

Sounds like a stupid question but here goes.
I took the autobelts and wiring out my car and now the car wont start. Is there anything in that seatbelt wiring that would cause this? Maybe Honda made it so the car wouldnt start without having your seatbelt on?
Also the ecu wont even throw a code could I have accidentally removed an ecu ground? Or what would cause that? Ecu does blink when ignition is turned on.
