Custom BMC Turbo-Harley, nearing completion

I do everything custom!
Modded the turbo like crazy, "internal" Tial 38, fully port matched and polished exhaust housing, 2.25" vband converted, custom draw through carb setup

I should have the exhaust pipes 100% finished tomorrow, after that all that is left is the oil and vacuum plumbing. Well alot of parts are also going to be ceramic coated and chromed. The turbo is good to 200-225ish whp. Hopefully it will be 100% finished and tuned within the next couple months. I'll be sure to update this with photoshoot pics and videos

Stay tuned! There is a BMC Turbo-Harley BusaKillah about to be hitting streets.
The pedals are getting extended out a bit more, also he is fully aware that he has to always wear his boots and no shorts. Lastly we still have to machine out the billet heat shield that covers the turbo

I have 2 wastegate springs for the guy.
a 5lb spring and a 14lb spring.
The 14lb spring should set it right around 200-220ish whp maxing out the turbo.
The 5lb spring might set it around 130-140ish whp, so a 30-40hp gain over stock.
I didn't want to put a boost controller on it because this guy is a bit new to turbos and I know he would either:
A- Kill himself
B- Blow it up
C- All of the above
So I wanted it a bit more "inconvenient" to adjust the boost levels.

I'm sure a nice small conveniently placed wg with a 14lb spring will be a bit easier to do

Great work! Been following this build for a while. Not thread jacking but here is a setup I built last year, and am currently doing an injected setup on right now, took me a whole race season to convince the old timer that carbs are old news haha, set up with ID2000's and Megasquirt now, hopefully 8's this year.
