i recently bought headers for my 94 honda accord ex, i was wondering if anyone knew how to install them???

 

It's pretty straight forward.

Undo the header heat shield, that'll expose you two some bolts that bolts the top half header to the head; undo those. Jack the car up and go underneath, undo three bolts that bolts the top of the header to the downpipe. Now you should be able to wiggle the top half out. Then go back underneath and undo the two catalytic converter bolts w/ springs. You can choose to unbolt the 02 sensor off the header/downpipe before you touch anything or after you got the header/pipe off, it's up to you.

Install is reverse of removal.

 

For clarification, the primary O2 sensor is installed in a separate ~4" 'middle' pipe before the catalyst. It is not attached to the manifold or down pipe on an EX model.

And if your header has 2 spots for o2 sensors an m18x1.5 pan plug will fill the useless spot up
