Just got it. All bulbs in tail lights work but the brake light doesn't work as in they light up with night time lights on but don't go bright when brake pedal is depressed. I replaced the bulbs, fuse is good, replaced brake light pedal switch and still NOTHING! What else could it be????

 

Does the high mount brake light work?

Does installed 15A hood fuse 52 have battery voltage to body ground at both of its top test tabs?

 

High mount don't work either I'll check the other fuses you said.

 

Issue fixed: problem was weird. My horn didn't work either so I popped the fuse panel in the engine bay to see the horn/stop light fuse not in place. I pushed the fuse down, checked the horn, was good, checked brake light and boom they worked. I almost took it to Honda to diagnose but stuck at it.

 

Lesson: Always rule out the simple bonehead items first. Fuses are number 1 on the list of bonehead items.
