Maybe not but five minutes and a paper clip doesn't cost that much.

Then I'd think when the last tune up was done. also any other recent work done?

No recent work other then replacing the igniter, prior to that I replaced the plugs and the cap and rotor seemed fine at that time. I was told it might be the intake is leaking do to it being loose is this a possablity? The car seems to be acting up more then usual recently I just want my little Honda to run and run good. Not ready to give up on it yet.

Does it idle fine?

When you replaced the ICM, were all of the connectors clean and tight?

Again, I'd pull the cap, rotor and cover and inspect the wires on the ICM. If you are not sure on the cap and rotor, I'd replace them as well.

Its possible that its your ignition switch starting to go.its at about the right age that its you need to change the wire switch assembly.while in idle play with your key.jingle it a bit back n forth but dont turn it if it cuts out that might be your problem. If it only just started doing that this trick might not work

That sounds like the problem. The switch should be about 30-70$depending on whereon are and where you're getting it from.very easy to change.
