some problems with the rear brake caliper
I went to change my right side rear pads. had the caliper off, e-brake disengaged, brake fluid resovoir cap off and then went to compress the piston. It wouldn't go in!
I even pinched the brake line and opened the bleeder valve. the piston wouldn't move at all!
should I just replace it? is it seized or am I doing something wrong? I noticed that the ebrake hasn't been working real well on that side also.

When turning the piston (clockwise to retrac), you must also apply pressure to it for it to go back. Not tough to do, you can use the nose on needle nose pliers or you can go to your local parts store to get a caliper piston tool....just tell them what you are doing and they should be able to help you.
try using a c-clamp and squeeze ur old pad against the piston, it should go in.
