Default d15b in crx

i have a crx si i came up on a d15b 3 stage for 300 bux the dude gave up on it... ive read, ive search for about a week straight nothing conclusive to answer my questions... just arguements on who knows more.

If i want to run this 3 stage setup in my crx is there anyway to do it using an obd1 setup seeing that my crx is obd1 already, as far as chipping an ecu and using switches to activate the 3 stages as ive been reading....

or if i spend the time and money to find that p2j. Do you know of a mechanic that will make my crx run on that obd2 setup, cuz a bunch of mechanics i have asked are not willing to take on this... Los Angeles Area Please.

to clear your questions on why this setup well i just want this motor to do what its supposed to do... save me gas have the vtec there and ready when needed (12,16,vtec)

i have seen this set up at a meet, the guy had a p2j ecu and simply used a rywire ecu jumper harness they make obd0 to obd2 jumper harness. i believe the only thing he said was different is the second vtec switch was pined to a21(or somewhere in that area) on the ecu.
