Search previous posts, there has been quite a bit of dialogue about this in the past month or two.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for your brake swap. Calipers, caliper brackets, rotors, pads, ect. Just a rough over all quess will work. You did the AV6 upgrade correct?

I'll try to break it down here, if I remember right.

Calipers - $88
Pads - $42
Rotors - $70
New wheel bearings - $100
Labor to have wheel bearings pressed off/on - $75 (I paid a lot, you should get it done much cheaper)

Total - $375 (note that the cost of replacing the wheel bearings was almost as much as the brake parts!)

why did u need new wheel bearings? Was it making a knocking sound when u applied the brakes?

in my opinion is worth doing it once you are doing all that, cuz is just right there, i think this way, but most people don't change the bearings while doing the swap, it depends on the person, but this is just my opinion

My hubs were rusted to the knuckles, and by the time I got the hubs out of the knuckles, the bearings were junk. Your mileage may vary. Theoretically the hub should come right out of the knuckle after the 4 bolts are removed, but not in my case. I actually had to have the hub pressed out, and then the bearings pressed off and on.

so your car wasn't making any funny noises after you did the legend caliper swap?

I didn't use the Legend calipers, I used Accord wagon calipers.

Initially I had a problem with a knocking sound coming from the passenger side front but changing to a different brand of brake pads actually seemed to fix that problem.

It probably doesn't matter to some people but this might matter to others that can't seem to find the parts or can't get them cheap enough. Anyways, I was looking around at http://www.theaccordstore.com and saw a brake upgrade kit that is exactly what people here have been doing lately. It's got the rotors and the calipers from the Wagon/V6. It's also comes with the caliper bracket, pads and pad clips. They're selling it for $300 plus core, bit much but for people who can't find the parts locally at a junkyard or is getting ripped off by someone this might a good idea for them. Just thought I'd let you now.

Is this just for the fronts, or did you do rears too?

I did just the fronts. In my opinion the rears don't do enough to warrant an upgrade.

Sorry, thst kit on that site is the same thing as everyone here has been doing. That site deals exclusively with the 94-97 Accords. There was a guy on here a few days ago selling a 4 piston caliper and rotor kit for Accords, can't remember what years he said it was for though. I'll see if I can find it.

Here's a thread where the guy used Legend calipers.
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=241996
I believe he used 94 Legend calipers though. Don't know if 92-93 would work but you could ask him.

mmm....Sorry couldn't find the answer to your question. Don't know if you've done it yet but run a search on the creater "fastbrakes". I did and it came back with like 4 pages of results. There's a lot on the brake kits, might be able to find something. Either that or just try IM fastbrakes. Good luck, hope you find what your looking for.

If you go back to the link that I posted earlier, fastbrakes replied to someone by saying something about the V6 caliper and 92-95 Prelude VTEC rotors will work for 6th gens. I believe thats what he said, But go read yourself to be sure.
