crx HF brake upgrade question
hey HT i have a 91 HF and i recently bought a pair of 91 si rear disc breaks and i was wondering what master cylinder and proportioning valve could be used for the upgrade, i heard a civic ex from a EF sedan works, is this a direct bolt on process if so?
If it was my car, I would consider upgrading to 9.5" rotors and calipers in the front too... or perhaps even the 10.3" ex front rotors and calipers to help balance out the brakes a bit.
I was thinking about doing this too myself. What all would I need? Caliper, rotor... Caliper bracket? I can assume the same brake lines can be used?

If you are going to the 9.5" rotors in the front, you will need: the caliper, caliper bracket, rotor, and pads. Master cylinder and prop valve are optional. I didn't upgrade the master cylinder or prop valve and the brakes work pretty well. With the larger 10.3" rotors, I would probably upgrade: master cylinder, prop valve, plus all of the other components already mentioned.
