225/50/16 on my 90si crx?
I have some lightly used autox tires the size listed above. Is there any chance I could get them onto my crx?
I have sleeve over coilovers already so if I have to 4x4 it a bit I could handle it. Also have a traction bar that may get in the way.

whats another 5mms anyway... I could roll the fenders, make new control arms, etc.. A set of these in honda size would run me $750+.
The extra inch in height is my biggest fear as the width should be fairly easy to correct via offset / fender mods. This is going to be a 99% race car.
Also the increased diameter will solve all the transmission gear ratio problems am going to have.

If you're okay with running a fair amount of negative camber and a lot of metal work to increase wheel/tire clearance, you may be able to clear them at the outer edge. But, you may run in to clearance issues to the forks, trailing arms, inner fenderwells, and so on.. That's a massively oversized tire for your car. 225/50/15's aren't available for your car?
Sadly I do not have multiple sizes of these tires in stock. Its all or nothing for these guys.
If they were to hit on the fronts, would I be worried about the tops of the fenders or more about the sides/front/rears?
I have gotten 28's on the front of my GM FWD stuff.. I was hoping I could get at least a 26 on the honda.

I think your clearance issues will come from the suspension components and inner body panels, since you already stated that you'd do work to clear them at the fenders/quarter panels.
