Default Turbo ?s

Im thinking bout turbo my ls..the motor is stock but i have everything to make it lsvtec but i would like to know how much power i could get out of it before having to sleeve the motor. I have a b16 head with type r cam if i decide to lsvtec...so what will i have to do to turbo it

u can turbo it stock but stay under 300 hp, the vtec will help u rev higher, you'll be able to reach 8 grand.

If your wanting to stay stock build i would..at the very least get arp rod and head bolts. but with a good tuner and healthy motor should see and easy 300whp+ depending on parts.......

My friend Shoji Shingo once fooled around with a B18B Turbo in his EG6...
jk it was me. On an old school log manifold with T3/T04E 57trim .63a/r @ 14 psi I put down ~300/270... that motor ran for over a year.

It all depends on the tune/engine management, the fuel you're using, etc. but I'd probably start to feel a little uncomfortable after 350+ hp or so.

i dont recall asking any turbo questions, im fairly confident with my knowledge of turbos, i ask questions about engine components and brands and so on. Im not the op of this thread btw, maybe u should ask wtf u yourself are reading.
