So my OBD0 B18B1 CRX is throwing codes 13, 14, and 43.

13-BARO sensor (atmospheric pressure)
14-IACV
43-Fuel Supply System

Anyone had these codes before or have an idea what could be wrong, or what I should check?

 

make sure there connected to the right locations wiggle the wires around could have a bad connection check your ground dnt just mix wires around go to google look up some wire diagrams and follow from the ecu to the sensors to make sure there in the right spots thats a good start

 

I'd start by checking grounds.
