Hey guys,
Just picked up myself a 2002 RSX-S with a minor front end damage.
It is going to need a new bumper, hood, headlights, and radiator support. Possibly one fender and a side skirt is missing also.
I was thinking of doing an 05-06 conversion, but also considering the JDM Type-R from eBay.
Mainly trying to make it as cost effective as possible as I'm not sure if I want to keep the RSX (love my GSR).
So which conversion do you think would add more value to the car, the Type-R or the 05-06 style?

 

more value? neither, as it has been in an accident.

 

It is still a clean title. Pretty clean car overall. Minor damage...

 

well for us we all like JDM, Type R, Spoon, Mugen, etc... but as resale. Buyers dont usually look at that stuff. If you are thing resale, then just stick with all stock. I would go 02 front end, but you dont want to, so do the 05-06 front. Thats just my opinion

 

05+ > 02-04 IMO

Type-R anything on the RSX is almost just a name and over rated lol

 

It looks like the Type R conversion is nothing but the black headlights and a couple lips. Yeah, and the grill, probably.

I really like the 05-06 A-spec lips. Will try and find all the parts now...

Now this is hella CLEAN. Makes me want a type s even more
