Stock suspension
I know there are plenty of threads on suspension set ups. The ones I found are ethier old or not what I'm looking for. I have a stock 00 civic ex, the suspension is shot. I wana get new suspension it's a daily driver so I only want a mild drop with. Good ride quality. Does anyOne known of a good set up thats out and up to date?
Your post makes no sense when you say the posts are old. Define "up to date". While you were in the suspension forum you probably missed this.

as well as everything on the first 3 pages where people keep asking this same question over and over and over and over and over. At least 3 times a week where they keep getting the same answers.
If you want useful answer state
Use of car (track, daily), Budget and amount of drop.

Thanks libert I really appriciate it. I don't know a lot bout the suspension. But from the sounds of it that's perfect, seems like a mild size drop that I won't be ripping my front bumper off on bumPs lol.. And seems like that spring rate is stiffer then stock so it'll give it sporty handeling but not bouncy me around all day seeing as how it's my daily driver and need. Little comfort! Hopefully that's Perfect. I also have a evo and sometimes for daily driving it seems a little stiff on bumpy roads. Thank you again
