Your post makes no sense when you say the posts are old. Define "up to date". While you were in the suspension forum you probably missed this.
https://honda-tech.com/forums/suspension-brakes-54/click-here-all-you-curious-about-suspension-setups-their-costs-reliability-2967499/
as well as everything on the first 3 pages where people keep asking this same question over and over and over and over and over. At least 3 times a week where they keep getting the same answers.

If you want useful answer state
Use of car (track, daily), Budget and amount of drop.

KYB shocks and some Tein S. Tech springs would be about ~$400-450 and be very comfortable.

Just an FYI

OEM Spring rates are 165F/80R

Tein S. Techs are 235F/140R

With a -1.9 Front drop and -1.7 rear drop.

Thanks libert I really appriciate it. I don't know a lot bout the suspension. But from the sounds of it that's perfect, seems like a mild size drop that I won't be ripping my front bumper off on bumPs lol.. And seems like that spring rate is stiffer then stock so it'll give it sporty handeling but not bouncy me around all day seeing as how it's my daily driver and need. Little comfort! Hopefully that's Perfect. I also have a evo and sometimes for daily driving it seems a little stiff on bumpy roads. Thank you again
